About This Messaging Program
Denz.ai (https://denz.ai) is a software provider: a patient-communication platform operated by World AI Group (worldaigroup.com) and used by dental clinic customers to communicate with their own patients and inquirers. Denz.ai does not send messages on its own behalf — messages are sent on behalf of the specific clinic the recipient interacted with, every message identifies that clinic by name, and each clinic customer is responsible for collecting the recipient's SMS consent before any message is sent.
- Message types: follow-ups to the recipient's own inquiry about becoming a patient (submitted through the clinic's Facebook Lead Ad or website form) and invitations for the clinic's existing patients to give feedback about a recent visit. No marketing, promotional, or cold-outreach messages are sent.
- Message frequency: varies.
- Fees: Message and data rates may apply.
- Customer care: Reply HELP for help.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
- Privacy: Mobile information and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy (section 5a) and Terms of Service (section 4a).
How Consent Is Collected
There are two opt-in paths for new inquiries, plus feedback requests to a clinic's existing patients. Consent is voluntary, applies only to messages from the specific clinic, and is not a condition of receiving care or any purchase.
Opt-In Path 1: Facebook Lead Ad
A prospective patient fills out the clinic's Facebook Lead Form, entering their name, phone number, and email to request that the clinic contact them about its dental services. The lead form includes the following consent language:
Facebook Lead Form (sample — consent disclaimer)
By submitting this form, I agree that this dental clinic may contact me by phone call and text message about my inquiry, via the Denz.ai platform. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Only individuals who submit the form requesting contact receive messages, and only about their own inquiry.
Opt-In Path 2: Clinic Website Contact Form
Individuals who submit an inquiry through the clinic's own website contact/appointment form provide their phone number and give consent through the following optional, unchecked checkbox exactly as shown below:
Appointment Inquiry Form (sample — SMS consent section)
The checkbox is unchecked by default. Individuals who do not check it are never sent text messages.
Existing Patients: Feedback Requests
Clinics may also invite their own existing patients — individuals who provided their mobile number directly to the clinic and agreed to be contacted — to share feedback about a recent visit. These messages identify the clinic by name, relate only to the recipient's own visit, and always include opt-out instructions.
Opt-Out and Help
Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message (also: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT). A final confirmation message is sent and no further messages follow. Reply HELP or INFO for assistance, or contact the clinic directly using the phone number included in every message.
